Flatlock machine operator wanted in Emmons County

Join our team: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Emmons County, North Dakota. On the job you will handle: • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension Requirements: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
