Escalator technician • Cherokee County, Kansas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an escalator technician in Cherokee County, Kansas. The role involves: • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy Ideal candidate: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
