Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Halifax County, North Carolina. Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects On the job you will handle: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper 5+ years on the tools preferred.
