We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Goshen County, Wyoming. You will work at a powder coating unit. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Day to day you will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat.
