Electrical maintenance fitter — Nueces County

Now hiring: we are hiring an electrical maintenance fitter in Nueces County, Texas. You will be based in a factory maintenance department. You should have: • ITI in electrical trade or wireman certificate • Sound knowledge of IS wiring and earthing standards • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds Day-to-day duties: • Replace faulty switches, sockets and light fittings • Test insulation resistance with a megger • Install LED fittings, ceiling fans and exhaust fans • Measure voltage, current and load with a multimeter and clamp meter • Crimp lugs and terminate armoured cable glands Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
