VMC operator — Ripley County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a VMC operator in Ripley County, Missouri. Requirements: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience Your main tasks: • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
