AC mechanic — McHenry County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an AC mechanic in McHenry County, North Dakota. You will work at a busy AC installation company. Day to day you will cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines; braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks; check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge; charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges; insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving; run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall. Requirements: • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests • ITI in refrigeration and air conditioning an advantage 1+ years on the tools preferred.
