Thermal insulation technician — Henry County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Henry County, Ohio. The role involves seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters. What we are looking for: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
