Powder coating sprayer • Jackson County, Michigan

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Jackson County, Michigan. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Day-to-day duties: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
