Vacancy available: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Clinton County, Ohio. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Day to day you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
