UPVC welding machine operator • Minidoka County, Idaho

Now hiring: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Minidoka County, Idaho. You will be based in the profile cutting and welding bay. Day-to-day duties: • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter Requirements: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine We offer $220 per day plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
