Immediate opening: we are hiring a cement mason in Wright County, Minnesota. Day to day you will cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade. You should have: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
