Steward — Norfolk

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steward in Norfolk, England. You will work at a banquet hall. On a typical shift you will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
