Fine-dining server — York County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fine-dining server in York County, South Carolina. You will be based at a beach resort. On a typical shift you will restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
