Bricklayer wanted in Newton County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bricklayer in Newton County, Arkansas. You will be based at a groundworks and structures site. Your main tasks: • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints You should have: • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
