Bread baker — Washington Parish

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Washington Parish, Louisiana. Your main tasks: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen 4+ years on the tools preferred.
