Backhoe operator wanted in St. Clair County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a backhoe operator in St. Clair County, Alabama. You should have: • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat The role involves work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble.
