Now hiring: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Grundy County, Illinois. The job is at a busy restaurant. Day to day you will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; upsell starters, desserts and beverages. Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
