Final inspection operator — Erie County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a final inspection operator in Erie County, Pennsylvania. You will work in an electronics assembly workshop. You should have: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade On a typical shift you will inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch.
