Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Ifako/Ijaye, Lagos State. The job is at a cake shop. The role involves shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; score the top of loaves before baking. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
