Rebar installer — Madison Parish

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a rebar installer in Madison Parish, Louisiana. The job is on an infrastructure project such as a metro or flyover. On a typical shift you will install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour. Requirements: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing Full-time with occasional weekends.
