Insulation worker • Dodge County, Minnesota

We are recruiting: we are hiring an insulation worker in Dodge County, Minnesota. Your main tasks: • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding Ideal candidate: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Willing to travel between sites • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
