We are recruiting: we are hiring a machine assembly operator in Clarke County, Virginia. Day to day you will log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; follow the work instruction sheet for each station. You should have: • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
