Kitchen cook — Copper River Census Area

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Copper River Census Area, Alaska. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. The role involves: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 1+ years on the tools preferred. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
