You will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; score the top of loaves before baking; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer.
