Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc turner in Asa, Kwara State. The job is in a job-work machining unit. Day to day you will watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; load and index turning tools in the turret; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets. Requirements: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code Rotating shifts.
