Lifting rigger wanted in Stark County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Stark County, Illinois. The job is at a busy construction site. Your main tasks: • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio What we are looking for: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
