Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances Day-to-day duties: • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration 4+ years on the tools preferred.
