CO2 welder — Minjibir

Join our team: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Minjibir, Kano State. You will work on a structural steel site. You will lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration. You should have: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Willing to work shifts and overtime Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off.
