Immediate opening: we are hiring a packaging machine operator in Cheboygan County, Michigan. Day-to-day duties: • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing What we are looking for: • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor 6+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
