Electrical wireman — Allamakee County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an electrical wireman in Allamakee County, Iowa. On the job you will handle: • Carry out preventive maintenance on switchgear and busbars • Pull and terminate cables in conduit and cable trays • Measure voltage, current and load with a multimeter and clamp meter • Test insulation resistance with a megger • Size and route cabling to suit the load current and voltage drop • Isolate circuits and apply lockout-tagout before working What we are looking for: • ITI in electrical trade or wireman certificate • Willing to do shift work and breakdown call-outs • Able to read single-line and wiring diagrams At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
