Now hiring: we are hiring a press machine operator in Winston County, Alabama. On a typical shift you will clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation. Requirements: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
