Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Day-to-day duties: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
