Ideal candidate: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery The role involves: • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals Rotating shifts.
