Maintenance electrician — Washington County

Join our team: we are hiring a maintenance electrician in Washington County, Alabama. You will be based at a commercial shopping complex. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Sound knowledge of IS wiring and earthing standards • Familiar with megger, multimeter and clamp meter On a typical shift you will fault-find on motor starters and star-delta panels; pull and terminate cables in conduit and cable trays; check earth continuity and earth pit resistance; size and route cabling to suit the load current and voltage drop; run conduit, lay PVC trunking and clip cable. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $210 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
