Immediate opening: beldar (England)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a beldar in Borough of Stockport, England. On the job you will handle: • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction What we are looking for: • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times 4+ years on the tools preferred.
