Vacancy available: we are hiring a head baker in Liberty County, Texas. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens On the job you will handle: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Part-time with flexible hours.
