Join our team: we are hiring a blocklayer in Jay County, Indiana. You will be based at a renovation and extension job. You should have: • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding You will checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser. $31 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
