Great opportunity: we are hiring a cold room technician in Twiggs County, Georgia. Ideal candidate: • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold You will measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter; trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution; service split AC units and VRF systems; check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge; braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch; install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
