You should have: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites Day to day you will apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured.
