Head baker — Asotin County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a head baker in Asotin County, Washington. You will be based in a bread factory. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen The role involves: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Part-time with flexible hours.
