Join our team: we are hiring a stitching operator in Caldwell County, Missouri. You will be based in a sampling and tailoring workshop. The role involves change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes. You should have: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
