Pot washer — Johnson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pot washer in Johnson County, Kansas. Day-to-day duties: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
