Shakeout operator — Issaquena County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a shakeout operator in Issaquena County, Mississippi. The job is at a brass and bronze foundry. You will shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Basic grinding and fettling skills At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
