Foundry worker • Ellis County, Kansas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a foundry worker in Ellis County, Kansas. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry Day-to-day duties: • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
