Requirements: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Day to day you will follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
