Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Harris County, Georgia. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Day to day you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases.
