Urgent requirement: we are hiring a hand presser in Alcona County, Michigan. The job is in a busy laundry. On a typical shift you will sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron. You should have: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets Full-time with occasional weekends.
