Formwork carpenter wanted in Emery County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Emery County, Utah. You will be based on a bridge and flyover project. Ideal candidate: • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing Day-to-day duties: • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters Six days a week, one day off.
