Vertical milling machine operator — Troup County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Troup County, Georgia. You will be based in a die and mould making unit. Your main tasks: • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
